For anyone whos curious this is a great deal. I've already made back the hosting and I realized a few days ago I left the prosense adsense alone for the most part meaning the creator of the theme was getting a lot of my moneyz.

I'm ranking for various long tail keywords and my traffic is fairly consistent.

Here's an example:

Tata Nano Car

I set it up using one of the adsense templates I have, SEO Blix - I think, and using the same feeds that I use for everyone else's blogs.

For those that have been asking for a walkthrough of how to set up autoblogs, here you go:

If you watch closely, you'll notice that when I FTP stuff to my server, the folder it comes from is labeled "BlueHatSEO Wordpress", that's because I got the WP Autoblog and Adsense Deluxe plugins from Eli. Read his SEO Empire posts, and you'll find the link to the file. Mine is a little (lot) different than that one now, and your's will probably be after awhile too. But that is a great install to start with and build from.
 
Sounds good to me, let us/me know when you can take on more orders, I could go for some of this.

what wp autoblog are you using?

i have an old wp autoblog but its not compatible anymore with the current WP release.

i know that wp autoblog by elliot is not available anymore. If your modified copy of wp_autoblog is working with the latest WP release, feel free to just send me a copy and skip me from the list of autoblog clients :)

I'm not sure but I think WP - O - Matic plugin will auto post for you. It takes a bit to setup a cron job. I tried it but can't get it to post but that's just my noobishness.

Thinking about getting an HG account so I'll be asking you (Mike) when I'm ready.

BTW I lost a relationship but working on a new one. I can see the jealousy the GF has towards my computer taking all of her time. I'm worse off than you because I'm not rollin any cash.:crap:
 
nice video. is there a way to have that autoblog to grow more slowly, instead of it getting massively big, suddenly? i hear a lot about rss2blog...would that be the one to do all this?
 
I ordered these from SEO_Mike and am quite pleased with the autoblogs, but have a question (for anyone, really).

The one he created on my main domain gets less traffic than the subdomain blogs according to my server stats (the traffic seems to fit logically, based on KW expectations), but the main domain blog is getting far more Adsense impressions and clicks according to Google. In fact, my subdomain blogs are showing very few Adsense impressions and no clicks at all after a few weeks.

Should I be using any addition ping services (other than the standard WP one that is currently installed and running), or is there a better way to get free traffic to these blogs?

I'm new to WP and Blogging, and I'm tired of spending all my money on PPC.

Can I claim fair use? Or should I just comply with his demands to avoid conflict? Never ran into this before - all my autoblogs up to this point have had scraped\markov content.
 
Airforcematt, usually I'll just shut down the "offending" blog and start a new one. No sense in getting people all riled up. Makes it harder to fly under the radar.

But.....in the case of that letter, since he's so close, I'd invite him down to the local pub for a beer and explain the benefits of autoblogs to his face. It's a lot more difficult for people to get pissed off about virtual property when facing a real person. Especially if you are either bigger than him, or just plain evil. :D

Chunkles / everyone: these autoblogs are really completely automated. You don't need to do anything. If traffic sucks, it means that particular niche isn't very popular. As for the Adsense impressions, not sure what to make of that. I don't remember if I installed the Adsense for you or if you did. If I did, then there would be virtually no way to tell the difference from blog to blog since I just replaced Pub IDs in the themes.
 
I know I"m a total noob idiot when it comes to this stuff, but why do people get all itchy about people scraping their content onto their autoblogs anyway? I dont know the first thing really about SEO and all that yet, I've only just started looking into that kinda stuff, but you would think people would be fine with you scraping their content, since its not like you're stealing their content and claiming it as yours, you're not taking whole posts, just excerpts, and you're linking back to their posts and anyone finding your autoblog will possibly click through to their posts, which could only be beneficial to them.. or am i missing something? I know autoblogs are not real blogs and they're spammy, and break adsense rules and blah blah blah, but it's still exposure and possible new readers.:xomunch:

Update on my autoblogs, I'm up to about $25 in adsense with a couple thousand uniques. Not bad considering I haven't touched them once.
 
Has anyone had an Adsense account banned by running ads on autoblog sites? Has anyone had a CJ account or other affiliate network account banned by running ads on autoblog sites?

I PM'd you SEO_Mike and am interested in your offer, just curious about the banning of revenue accounts.

Are you (or anyone) using your main revenue accounts for autoblogs or are you using other accounts (different SSN/EINs/Companies) for autoblogs? I do have some autoblog software I use so I'm not a noob, I mostly interested to see if I'm not setting mine up in the best format to get the most amount of traffic as possible. Plus I could use another hosting account so this sounds like a great deal.

I got the exact same email

it from the owner of no**mans**blog.com

All I did was change the feed a little. it is an easy fix. I even explained to him that in reality I am doing him a favor. But if the asshole persists.. Just shut the blog down and sell the domain.

If you buy .info's then its really not big deal at all..Your just loosing a couple of bucks
