Semantic whats the asking price? I am interested. I have domains in that niche that I would like to kickstart.

Also noticed in the footer links to this entity: hxxp://www.mindxstudio.com, which begs the question,

Do you actually own the rights to this theme? Curious

Also, not being a coder, how much extra work would be needed to convert this into a wordpress theme, that I could just drop into a vanilla WP install? How much would you charge extra to do the job?

Mindxstudio and semanticflow both are my sites and I have full rights over this template so dont worry about that. The starting price is $150.

Mate for my mind you are asking way too much, so have decided to opt out of this all together.
