I placed a big order with him about 3 weeks back. Ordered some article linkwheels and some top directory writing, spinning and submissions. Here are some details of the work I got.
The purpose of this service is to get on to high quality and high pr article directories where moderation standards are quite high. Quality articles and quality spinning is must for this service,. This service performs poorly on that front so I would hardly give it 3/10. Here's why
Poorly spun titles: The titles were almost not spun at all. They did not make any sense too. High quality moderated directories such as ezinearticles will decline in a second.
Titles: 3/10
Poorly spun articles: The uniqueness is not even 10% if you ask me. This might do more harm than good to your site, who knows? The articles are also poorly written. This service can NOT work if articles are poor quality.
Article Quality: 5/10
Resource box: Now a resource box of half a sentence has 2 links to your site.
Resource boxes: 4/10
In my report, most of the good article directories are shown pending. I am sure they will not be approved.
He never follows your custom requirements
Ability to meet custom requirements: 3/10
I asked for some custom needs. For example, I asked for properly spun articles, titles and resource boxes. He normally uses 1 article for submission to 30 sites, but I paid for 3 articles for submission to 30 sites. He still used 1 and upon seeing report when I asked why so, he told me that he was confused. Again, when he submits 3 articles, all 3 are poorly spun. A lot of directories are shown pending.
Reporting: 3/10
He takes a lot of time to reply to your queries and the replies are nothing but some dumb clarification. At one time when I pointed to many mistakes he made, he even tells me his time is going to be wasted doing all that!
Poor Support: 5/10
I could go on and on
IMO, this service is worse than the services which provide 100+ auto approved articles. In those atleast you get immensely spun articles published at auto approved directories. This service just sucks on all fronts.
When I complain about all the stuff, he gives me the same lame ass justification that some relative is in hospital etc. You get my point.

Overall 3/10 I'd recommend you to stay away from this dishonest, annoying, time wasting and poor quality service provider.
