Okay, I bought a package Monday AM and was told I'd get the report later in the day.

It's now Wednesday morning (I was told last night he had to "collect the report"), it's still not arrived.

Is it really that hard to be consistently reliable in these services, fucking hell !

Follow up on my own post. Tomar got in touch and processed my order very well. I received a nice detailed report and he provided exactly as promised. Good work.
