ScrapeBox checked and verified. These are all PR3 and even a couple PR5 domains! Hell yeah, great network here Jack!
Backlinks were all found too, with my anchor.
The articles were typical spun articles. What I liked is that my keyword is in the title of each post. He used great tags so the interlinking with other posts is going to work well.

You haven't already used Jack for his Xrumer forum posting service? (not profiles, but actual posts)... well then you need to be told that Jack ALWAYS provides great service and is one of my favorite providers.
Not sure if he's still doing the forum posting stuff, but that service has never not worked well for me, and he always communicates well. Sometimes I forget to use him, and that's a sin to my business.

My opinion about the free review copy i received
Speed:
Got the report in 3 business days, so that's very good.
Communication:
He's online most of the time on Skype for any questions, and always friendly.
Price:
I got the free review copy, but i can say 40$ it's a good price.
Quality:
Jack said he will deliver 50, and i received 52. I checked all of them with scrapebox for live links, and everything was live and linking with the correct anchor texts. Page rank is also as the OP said
Overall Review:
For the price, the service it's very good and i can recommend to everybody

Just got my report, and no changes in my rankings yet. I checked how many blog posts got indexed, and only 1 did. I will do some comments over the backlinks, and will help them get indexed faster.
Will post any serp movement in the next coming days

Quality: 4.8 out of 5. I received 52 posts instead of 50. The PR of each blog was a minimum of PR3. In regards to SERP movement I used two keywords (just short of mid competition). Keyword 1 already went from #2 to #1 and Keyword 2 remained the same.
Overall Review: 4.95 out of 5. I would definitely recommend this service. I will be purchasing this in the future. Great Results!

Price: 5 out of 5. Now, I did get this as a free review. After all has been said and done, I definitely think it's worth $39 and will likely order it again for other sites.

I had Jacky8 split this up across two sites. I thought he was going to do 25 articles per site, but what he did was pretty slick. He gave me this hybrid article featuring the topics of both sites. It was basically two articles put together really, but each had a link out to both sites and he mixed up the anchor text just as I asked. I gave him a total of six anchor texts and they were all in there equally distributed. Awesomeness.
Serp Movement:
One of the sites I used this on was sitting at #2 for it's term. The site is about six months old. This is a 4400 exact match that was fetching anywhere from $4 to $22 a day for the past month at #2. I knew Jacky8 had done the work because yesterday I noticed it finally started ranking #1. I finally beat out Princeton, that bastard EDU! The only catch was Google decided to push "Places" above both of us now instead of just me. Dicks. But I'm already seeing a revenue increase on that site. By noon today I had already destroyed my average daily income on that site.
The other site was sitting at #22 for it's main term which has 3300 exact matches. It is about two to three months old. I just checked it and it went from #22 to #9. I'm sure it'll push ahead a bit more just from this work alone. However, I plan on blasting the articles with blog comments as well if Jacky8 is cool with it. That'll help improve the PR of the network as well.
Overall Review: 5 out of 5. The TL;DR version:

Ordered this package yesterday.. I am awaiting the results.. Will post a review after received. I am going for difficult kwds that I am ranked in positions 6 and 8 for.. I will track results and let you all know how it goes.
