700+ High Pagerank Blog Network

I picked up one of the review copies so it's about time I left my thoughts here.
I received my report with the two screen shots of the ranking positions.
Of the 5 keywords I used, 4 stayed in the same spot (Between #6 and #8) and the 5th one fell two places (#19 --> #21)
I emailed and PM'd the OP about thees rankings and his service but he hasn't responded so I'm just going to share it here.
As you don't receive a report, the only way of tracking the links was through the trackbacks to my site.
To be honest, I'm suite dubious bout the number of posts posted. I've received somewhere between 80 --->100 trackbacks. Whilst I don't expect all of them to come through, 100 out of 700 seems a little off...
I've gone through the track backs and to look at the posts and I'm not impressed with the quality. First of all, the highest PR blog I've been able to find is PR3. I'm not saying that's the highest the OP has but from the limited number of trackbacks I have, that's all I can find.
When the OP says these will be high PR blog posts, I'm expecting at least a few 5's and maybe even a 6 or two.
These might be in there but given the lack of a real report and the limited amount of trackbacks, I can't say.
I'm also very unimpressed with the quality of the articles. Some are readable and on topic while quite a few were not even articles on the same topic as the KW. Not good at all.
These links aren't really useful at all.
The other thing that is very ordinary is that the blog articles contain up to three links to other URL's so the link juice is being shared around like a $2 whore.
If I'd pay'd full price, I'd be demanding a refund about now.
Even at review price, I'm considering it, based on the quality of work produced.

Speed and report: Hard to say when order was started and when it was finished. Took a tad over a week to receive the report which is a before and after from Market Samurai rank tracker. Speed is fine but lack of report is a bummer in terms of confidently associating this service with serp gains and quality.(I know its stated earlier but still, this service would be better without)
Quality: Can't comment as no reports or unique identifiers given
Overall: So can really only judge on SERP movement. Only 2 of the 5 keywords received a 1 position serp gain. The others have remained the same which I found surprising because this service was used to hopefully regain lost positions (generally an easy task). Not 100% confident I can recommend this service at full price tbh as I didn't see great results you would expect from 700+ blogpost. I won't believe I got 700 blogpost until OP show me.

you give me very high competition keywords (one word keyword with 370,000,000 competitors)
and you already at page one.
so 1 position serp gain is a big thing (3 to 2 and 10 to 9)
