**Update** I just got in touch with Alan via IM. The service was completed and the release was of high quality.

Since payment went through on the 29th that would make today the 5th day assuming he worked 7/3/09. I don't really care, I just wanted to clear that up.

What was not delivered but told I would get before I ordered:
-Review of the release before it went live.
-Would wait for a URL rewrite to go live before linking to it.

His response:
"i want to make sure your happy with this, so i am going to send over the article and wait for you to provide the new url, then i will amend the existing articles and then g news"

Now that's what I call service. I will provide an update soon.

Crucially though was the impact it had to our search engine ranking - we jumped a whole page for the phrase "online radio" and are now sat at the top of page 2... before this work from Alan, we were towards the bottom of page 3 - so it has had a significant impact in that respect."
