No, it's not. Also the only SEO I've done for this site in the past few months was purchase your package and now I've somehow dropped from Google completely for that specific keyword.

I've checked your report 3-4 times now and it is definitely 780 links, with 25%+ anchored. This is what we promise and that's what we delivered. Since you still seem unhappy - I've refunded you in full.

In terms of dropping completely for that specific keyword, I suspect your site is dancing and will return stronger than ever shortly. If it doesn't and you think this blast caused it, then you can start ordering it for your competitors.

All reports have now been sent out. I just want to apologize for the recent delays, WF being down caused us to not be able to send out reports for awhile and then we had some issues locating reports which slowed down things even more. Everybody has received double the links to make up for the error. We've fixed the issues so reports will go back to being sent out within 48 hours.
