I ain't gonna lie. I need a dedicated server to open a paypal account so that it doesn't get limited again.

My question is:

I want a dedicated server/ip that I can access. This IP should just be dedicated to me and ONLY I should be able to use it. It can even be a remote system that only I can access so that my paypal account is opened from only one dedicated ip of that country.

What should I be searching for (the keywords)? I just want a name.

Thanks!

What I meant is this:

All the proxies and VPNs out there use shared ip addresses which means that if I use a proxy or a vpn to open a paypal account, then I know that the ip has been used by many people many times over.

Is there any way too get an ip of some other country so that only I can use it?

Why don’t you just strap on your IP helmet, squeeze into an IP cannon and fire off into IP land, where IP's grow on dedicated proxy servers with reliable 24/7 support for competitive edge.

Not sure if trolling. If not, here are some obvious solutions I came up with in the past 30 seconds

1. private proxies
2. buy a dedicated server and use it
3. hire someone to do it for you
4. go to a coffee shop
5. change your personal ip
6. do it at your office if your home ip is blacklisted, do it at your house if your office ip is blacklisted
7. do it at a friend's house
8. get a VA
9. request a new IP from your current host

Not trolling man. 1 and 2 seem golden. Thanks for your advice mate. I thought I was about to be bashed by all the other for not knowing something.

That's what I tried to tell the DA. He still gave me 2 years.

Oh well. At least the experience opened my eyes to the manifold pleasures of large black men in the shower.

You mean like a whole IP address that's just for you?

Whoa dude, that's just crazy talk...

PS. PayPal isn't stupid, so if you're not smart, they're going to know your signing via a VPN, eh? When your IP resolves to client482.hostingcompany.com it's going to be pretty obvious to them.

This is true. Most of the time, Paypal can figure out that your IP address is not coming from a residential or workplace address. Throw a few valid IP addresses into this and you'll see it's easy to profile a web hosting service. Of course, you might get lucky, not set any alarms off and slip through the gaps for a little while. This does stink of fraud by the way.

I would also think it's pretty unusual for a paypal account to only ever be used from a single IP address.

Hmm what you say makes a lot of sense. How about private proxies? They are supposed to give you ip addresses right? Someone gave this suggestion in this very thread and I researched it a bit. According to what I understand, there are two types of private proxies:

(Normal) Private proxies: They will only be used by you AT THAT TIME. You can request to refresh them after a month and then you will be given ips that were previously being used used by someone else but now only you use them.
Virgin Private Proxies:They are fresh private proxies and this is the first time anyone is ever using them.

So, If I am using a Virgin private proxy or even a couple of different proxies to access the account (to create diversity), wouldn't that *seem* real?

Also, in my search I came across the term paypal stealth account. Apparently it's quite big over at some other forums and works without fail. There is this guy Apskin who is famous for these kinds of things and has a whole forum and a very popular guide dedicated to stealth accounts.

Yeah, I see why it can seem that I am up to no good but there is nothing I can do to convince you otherwise. I currently use a 2checkout account to charge my clients for articles I write and I was just wondering if I can go back to paypal again.

Thanks for your advice anyway.

I think you're looking at this the wrong way. Imagine you setup a web hosting service (or VPN provider), you are going to buy a block of IP addresses in a range, for example: 1.1.1.0 to 1.1.1.254. (254 unique IPs). Now, you're just going to set the contact/abuse information the same across all of them.

So, while you might "rent" a single dedicated IP address to run a VPN, there is in fact details of who owns the entire IP range that you cannot change. As you can imagine: Google, Paypal, Amazon all have pretty sophisticated fraud detection systems. You cannot look "real" if the other 253 IP addresses on your block are known as proxies or hold a website.

Most VPN providers know their customers are oblivious to this and it doesn't matter as long as nothing illegal happens. Now, all that being said, it may still be possible to slip under the radar and get lucky with a VPN service who are more crafty about it. Who are they? Trial and error, my friend. You should also look into super cookies as they will catch you out. You should also stay the hell away from blackhatworld or similar sites.

Thanks. Damn these things can be complicated. I was thinking of dedicating a windows account and a browser just to that private proxy and just use paypal on it. But it seems like a lost cause now.
