A question that has been stopping me from taking action

Im trying to sign up at peerfly.com and in order to sign up I must provide several landing pages or a website to show them Im a publisher... but Im confused because I thought you find the offer first and then create the landing pages/websites... so how can i supply them the landing pages when i haven't got accepted into peefly

Just create a website in the niche you are thinking of promoting. Some affiliate networks even accept sites built on a subdomain (Blogger, wordpress.com, etc), not sure about Peerfly).

Edit: Sometimes they force you to submit a URL for formality purposes. Maybe send them an existing LP, or maybe you have a basic site explaining what you do?
