A4D P202 Tracking

Sorry if I'm asking a dupe question but I have searched the forum and cannot find an answer to this.

When I download sub ids in A4D it does not give me my sub id number for leads.

When I check the outbound kw link in P202 it has the sub id value in C3 for that particular kw.

Im prob doing something dumb here - appreciate any light someone can shed on this.

When you click on the number of leads/sales does a popup come up with your sub id numbers? If there aren't any sub id's on that page then something is not tracking properly.
 
not sure what you mean man.

Heres what I do.

In A4D I go into stats export.

I download the sales report for the offer I am running.

I get a spreadsheet that has

Offer
Date
C1
C2
C4
IP
Amount
RecID

When I look in P202 I can see the link that is going to the offer has a number assigned for C3 which I am assuming is the Sub ID.

However in the download the C3 field (where the sub id should be) is blank.

Totally stumped!
 
I don't know if it makes a difference, but I use C1 as my subid and everything works great. Are you leaving the equal sign in (obvious, I know)? Is your LP properly linked to your tracking URL? Those could be reasons for having leads but no sub-ids to them.
 
What you can do is chop off the "&c2=&c3=" from the end of the link. That will track subids in the c1 column. I don't know if having the extras will hurt anything but theres no reason to keep them on if you arent using them.
