What the hell man, I mean don't they make enough money by regular customer retentions? I think it's one thing to lead people into buying that stuff, but to keep charging them and set up things so the can't cancel it... Stuff like that ruins the market if you ask me.
I'm in PA and we had a segment on the berries on our local news a few weeks ago. I don't know why they are fuckin' with that so hard, the rebill scheme has been around for ever.

So you say it actual possible to cancel automatic shipments offers? I believe all along all free trial offers is to scam people. Use fake customer service number and no respond to email so impossible to cancel. Hope person to stupid to cancel credit card or complain to bank. That way force people to buy $5 item for $80 every single month.
After too many complaint and government investigate they move away money and declare bankrupt. After start new company to do it again.

The better business bureau is a private company and has shit for power...people fear them for NO reason. YEah, people can review your business on their site, but aside from that, they are a bunch of morons who try and bilk companies out of $500+ a year.
bastards called me and made it seem like there was a major flag on my account or something...so i called back and they were like "there's been a few inquires etc etc"...and then tried to secretly sign me up for their $500/year crap. i was like "i'm not paying anything.." and they just hung up on me. fucker...wasted my time thinking there was something major going on.
