I was denied by CxDigital, Azoogle, Neverblue and Maxbounty. The only CPA network I was accepted to was Clickbooth and I also got in with Commission Junkie which I guess is a no-brainer.

Any ideas on getting accepted with these companies, it seems I'm at dead end with such few offers to promote.

well affiliate marketing is dying so they can't accept anymore applicants. you should cut your hair and get a job.

I know its definitely not dying. :D I had legit sites on my application and I'm not from a foreign country.

MaxBounty ended up coming through, which was great. I calling the rest today to see what I can do.

i never understand this, when i started applying to cpa networks (with no experience) i got into all that i tried.

not once did i pick up the phone, call them, and get approved for denial. You have to either

a) not be calling them or
b) be bullshiting them

to not get in.

PM me your details and I will have someone here give you a call.

Conversion is right,

I signed up with 20 networks one day, I had no idea what to say to them and no website either.

They approved me because I took the initiative to call them, I spoke with confidence, I told a lot of lies to give the illusion that I knew what I was talking about.

They're probably denying you because you seem to be very new to the industry. These are affiliate networks not ad networks.

Like others have said, try giving them all a call and you'll probably get in.

Shoot me an IM -
I can put you in contact with someone over at Azoogle.
What happens from there is all on you.

I actually talked to someone at Azoogle and they stated they would "place my application on hold" because I was new to AM. I'm not sure if that means an outright denial or what.

I hate to say it like this, but if you cant get into a CPA network, good luck bro

whenever i apply for a new network now, i answer the phone and then go "...Holon! ... HEY JAROO!! U GOT A CALL COME AND KAMAKAMA..." then i talk in an indian voice until they hang up. for some reason i havent been accepted to many networks lately.

Why don't you start promoting offers from the networks that accepted you. Then you can re-apply to the ones that denied you... you can give them the URLs of the websites you are using to promote other offers, SHOW them you are a player. Also, you'll want to call them after you submit your application (making that personal contact goes a long way).
