Yup, I know the owner and I believe 2 or 3 other guys work there too.

Shitty CPM rates, awful reporting (they use OpenX - YAY!) and their support is non-existent.
 
You just described almost exactly what I am experiencing.

The person "Angel" who is in charge of publishers has horrible skills.

Using their SiteSkin:

They keep telling me their "system" needs 25k impression minimum to get out of testing phase but their reporting system is so horrible I just fear they are going to tell me it earned like $5 lol.

I feel like I am wasting my traffic. Have any other game network recommendations that are actually serious players?
 
I get a decent eCPM with Epic Game Ads. Better than ValueClick Media anyway.

There's another one called Surge Direct, which some arcades have been having success with. Not tried it yet though.
 
I think I do actually. I met a few guys at ad:tech London last year and have their cards somewhere and on Linkedin. Let me get back to you.

I've never had that problem having added about 8 sites to my account, with some being very simple new arcade sites with very little traffic. Must be your content, unless they started being more selective over the past few weeks.
