The import feature in Adcenter does not have way to remove duplicates which is retarded beyond belief. Anyone code a curl script to submit a campaign import and get a list of duplicates and then delete them from csv? Please PM me if you have

Remove duplicate what? Ads, ad groups, campaigns, keywords? I believe on the ad-level, it will only import one of the same ad copies per ad group, though I'm not sure of what other duplicates it prevents.

Duplicate long tail keywords is the problem. It's not entirely possible to tell what will flag a duplicate when using keywords from Google keyword tool. So I gotta code that imports into adcenter, checks the duplicate problems and changes the csv I guess. Until they add a way to remove duplicates in bulk

You should be able to just use the "Remove Duplicates" function in Excel, save the CSV, and then import. Are you looking for something more specific, though - like duplicate kws across different CSVs?

Use their desktop tool. (still in beta and buggy as fuck but does the job).
And like tvmatt said - alternatively you can use excel for that.
