Problem is... many of us have been patient for 2-4 months... even patience has it's limits.
 


I've had the same problems too. But: considering I know nothing about this whole process and I also trust smaxor completely, I'm just waiting for it to work out.
 
Just got off the phone with DT yet again. The guy has a better idea what's wrong we'll see if we can get anywhere this time.
 
Don't worry, Smax is always on top of everything.. I trust him more than most people.

To give you an update, our developers are looking at this from the
database side and comparing all findings with the stats in both the
admin interface and the affiliate interface.

I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.

Thanks Smax. Glad to see some progress on this issue finally! Sounds like your old rep really didn't know/care about anything on their end. Can't wait to see my monies either! It's gonna pay all my school tuition until the day I graduate :D.

solved the issue and I will be able to get you all of your stats in a
CSV file either today or Monday.

I'm leaving town today so monday is probably more likely. But more then that I'm hoping that this isn't going to happen moving forward.

I'd strongly agree there. They are 2 of the most trust worthy networks. They offer a higher level of support, and being affiliates themselves understand stuff from our point of view.
 
I have no skin in the game here one way or another- BUT let me tell you that payment script issues plague the largest of companies. You should see operations of major publicly traded networks around payment time monthly- accountants scrambling, calculators out, it NEVER works correctly.

I'm not defending anyone- but although this seems like the most basic of basic operations I can tell you from firsthand experience at LARGE companies it is indeed not, and is one of the least automated and most fucked up 'systems' always. I always figure it's just the engineer's job security - as if they can't fix it the world ends. :updown:
 
It's only money. I'm sure A4D guys don't want to fuck themselves in the ass by cheating few dollars and lose their business so trust me, it's coming even they have to sell some poor employee to the russians (nothing against russians).
