Adsense Ad Showing Twice

I want to put an adsense ad above my header, but for some reason it will someone show twice, as it shows two adsense ads on top of each other, instead of just one.

Any solution?

Possibility of when you were pasting it you hit ctrl+v twice?

I know I sounded like a retard in the OP but I'm not that retarded.

I just re-installed my WP theme so I got fresh code, solved the problem.
