Adsense Banned on Site

My site have been banned from adsense last year, the site has been offline since last year. Since I bought pop-under traffic which actually got me banned. My mistake

I would like to make use of adsense on a new site, will google allow this?

If, so how do I approach this?

Im assuming by 'site' you mean account. If so, your banned, ditto.

Just sign up under a new address, that's if you have two homes or a homeowner you can trust (family member, etc).

i suggest that you should a different adsense email because you can't retrieve your account once you've been banned
