The Clift Hotel (specifically the bar, The Redwood Room) is the place where most of the networking at night goes on. Its hard to get in if you aren't staying at the hotel however. The Westin is also a good spot immediately after the Exhibit Hall closes as its directly across the street from the Moscone Center.
