I have not personally advertised with it or used their ads on my site, but it seems like the people behind it have good support. You always see 1 or 2 of the people that work there in some of the larger webmaster related forums helping out their members.

It's still rather a small ad network, but it's heading in the right direction by the looks of things. It seems to work in a similar way to Adbrite and Adengage as far as I can see.
