advertise with yahoo to us markets, from uk?

Hi,
signed up for yahoo a while ago, but it looks like its UK only for me. Do i need to sign up again to advertise in the US?
 


Yeah, i wanted to do the same thing so i contacted them and asked. New account for each country was the reply.
 
that sucks!
to sign up, i just select what area i want to advertise in, yeah? It isn't based on your location/address?
