Adwords Budget Raised, Now Ads Not Showing

That happens to me with new accounts only. It usually sits around $50 until they've charged me $500+ a couple of times, at which point they increase the traffic my campaign receives.

Yeah that happens when your account is under review.

As other people said the guys who answer the phone are pretty much clueless
