Adwords -> Polls -> AM page?

IF you are thinking of promoting emails & zips then you are going to have a hard time initially. Its easy to get huge traffic to polls but at the same time damn hard to find good email/zip submit offers as the advertisers scrub heavily.
If theres something other in your mind (cough... ringtones.. cough..) then you might end up making multiples of what you spend.

initially and forever.. every time you find an offer that makes bank the advertiser usually polls it or starts scrubbing it hard w/o telling me.. haven't tried pushing ring tones yet but might be a decent idea
the thing is, if you mention ringtones in your ad text you gotta get your site reviewed and if you dont have a google compliant page they wont let you run it. Does anyone have a google compliant page up right now and is actually converting good enough to make decent profits?
All you need to do is have your site structured this way
Home page - content rich on poll topic
Article page - content rich page
Resources page - outgoing links to authority websites
TOS
Privacy Policy
Poll page - have your poll here.
Send the google bot to your home page in the destination and display url, but send the voter directly to the poll page using keyword redirect url.
That way you won't get slapped, get good QS and get cheap clicks.
Promote these on the content network only. Have 1,000 + keywords in adgroups of 50.
Rotate many offers through the backends of your poll. Rather than sending shitloads of traffic to just 1 network/offer, use a rotation package so you stay under the radar of the networks.
If you get good at polls you should easily make $50k profit per year.
Its easy as shit and very profitable.

yet, nobody started to really talk about it until shitty blogs like cashtactics made posts on it. why? wtf? perhaps you should listen more carefully to posts on WF...granted there may not be near as much value here now as there was a year ago, but its still 100x better than blogs
point is, think about how much more money you guys could have made if you were more ahead of the curve. if you get a method working this well, STFU and milk it for all its worth. theres no need to stroke your ego by fucking posting it to forums and blogs.

whats types of offers are you guys having the best luck with? I used to have great luck w/ zip offers but those went to shit late last year and now no network has good offers or scrub like bitches.. I'm working on trying emails, but still nothing like zips.. considering trying some ringtone/cell contests but am curious to hear what you are doing.
zips are getting harder to find, but many networks still have some good ones. look at cpa empire, neverblue, hydra, etc
emails still work great. the key is to keep rotating offers. if you stay below 100 clicks per day to any one offer your chances of getting scrubbed reduce dramatically.
international traffic is huge. scrubbing is less of an issue and international punters will enter their email address much quicker than USA punters.

most zip/email offers are USA only and international traffic is redirected.. where are you seeing otherwise?
UK, Canadian and Australian offers are on CPA Empire, Hydra have a few, Copeacs international emails do very well and OurFreeStuff.net (Canadian Sponsors) have an awesome number of email submits for the international market paying out at $1.50+
