Thank you for your email. I understand your concern regarding your
inactive keywords in your '**********.com' Ad Group. Please allow me to
explain.

As part of our goal to provide our users, advertisers, and partners with
useful, quality advertising, we've defined the Landing Page and Site
Quality Guidelines to help advertisers get the most out of their AdWords
campaigns. We believe a successful ad campaign is based on providing a
positive and useful website experience for users. Sites built with our
guidelines in mind can increase the likelihood that users will convert to
customers and contribute to the ongoing success of AdWords advertisers.

Do note that sites that don't include useful content for internet users
are often difficult to advertise efficiently and effectively. This can be
the case with websites that simply promote an ebook or other service
without providing detailed content.

Also note that some of your keywords, while relevant to car wash itself,
it not relevant to the startup process of opening a car wash business. For
instance your keywords 'automatic car wash' and 'touchless car wash' may
be used by users looking for a local car wash in their area to have their
own car cleaned. And your website does not even offer any online forum for users when you use the keyword 'car wash forum'.

I was really expecting Google to fix this for me. I've spent over 3K dollars on the keywords they are "Smart Pricing" for me. They seemed to be relevant enough in the past. Average CPC was around 5 cents. Now its a dollar across the board.
