Not Xrumer, I guess.

Hi, This post of mine is very beneficial and informative, however there are some specific facts or information that I require. If anyone can help me in this matter then please send me a private message. Best Regards,

The only affiliate network which exists only targetted on indian advertisers is -

Affiliate Marketing company India, Search Engine Marketing India -DGM India

I have been at their office and discussed lot of things with them. They handle affiliate promotions for Yatra , MakemyTrip , TravelGuru, FutureBazaar , Carwale, AIG Life Insurance and some mutual funds which don't perform well.

One of the major markets in India which affiliates can targer and which offers generous commissions is Travel market which very very large and offers huge amount of possiblities for the lot of people going online at a fast pace. So concentrate on travel.

Apart from the above there are very few opportunities of affiliate marketing in India. I have surveyed the market very well.

Well,
I don't like the idea much..
You should do your research before thinking of something.
If you did not know:
Not many indians have credit cards, and those who do are really weary of using it online since everyone is scared of having their CCs "hijacked".
Well, those who do use computers alot and have CCs are the professionals with decent positions in decent companies and wouldn't really buy stupid stuff off the internet..
They don't like the INet much...
Just my 2 cents..
Not really assertive, but these are just my views...ofcourse, reality could differ.

Then I suppose for India, you'd be better off showing google ad's and just trying to make money off the CPC (but for that, you'd need huge amounts of traffic).

How many imiddle class ndians have access to the internet?

So much traffic comes from India. However, it doesn't convert that well. Depends very much on what you're selling/promoting. From personal experience selling to the Indian market works when the product I have been selling pays a high commission... like $100 or more. Some clickbank products and other things that you can sell on a global level.

It seems like any of the asian 'rapidly developing' countries might not be good to focus on. The reason I say this is that I would be willing to bet they have a much higher ratio of internet webmasters to users. Anyone using the internet there are also the same ones who have figured out they can slap up a few English splogs and make more with Adsense than keeping a regular job (which is like $150/month). Webmastering is a huge boom in countries like this so they are all aware of what affiliate marketing is all about. Just like LazyHippie says "like selling tea to china?"

I suppose it is possible to make some money of the noobs with clickbank ebooks or something but then again, $97 is a shitload of cash for an Indian.
