Affiliate Marketing Industry Statistics?

Anyone know of any quality sources on our industry statistics?

Another words do any of you know of any resources or quality sites which tell us the approx size of our industry, number of major players, ect...

Something along the lines of the following...

Marketing Sherpa sized the affiliate marketing industry at $6.5 billion in 2005.

OR

The IAB estimates Referrals/Lead Generation to be a $1.3 billion industry in 2007.

I have a few resources already about the overall size of our industry but I'm looking to find some more articles, I already examined from sources like eMarketer.com, ComScore.com, The IAB, Marketing Sherpa as well as a few others.
