Hello People,

Well today I got accepted into MaxBounty and am looking at giving some CPA a shot :)

I just have a few little questions to ask first :)

  1. Do you guys create full sites, like for example with an insurance campaign, do you create a full site about insurance and then place your CPA banner ads and links on it?
  2. Do you drive traffic through search engines or CPA?
  3. Is it better to create say 30 sites, market them all and try to get the income spread evenly so you never get annoyed that one isn't making money? Or do create one and try to get the most out of that?

These are just questions to get me started, as you can see I have never really tried my hand at affiliate marketing, so this should be fun :)

Thanks for the information there Rob, love the way you explored every nook and cranny of the question I was asking :P

I can see when I am not wanted :(

Don't be like that dude. My point was that it is very difficult to answer general questions like that.

Give us some specifics like what offers you are thinking of promoting and how.

For example: Should I promote a zip code submit offer with google adwords?

Answer: Probably not, because it will be difficult to get enough traffic that converts to that offer for less than the $1 payout (unless you are very confident with adwords).

Question: Should I use adwords PPC to promote an insurance comparison site?

Answer: Hell yes. Insurance affiliate programs pay out well and have good conversions so it would be much easier to make a comparison site profitable.

General questions will not give you information that you can really use. Specifics is the key.

Not to mention what works for me might not work for you and vice versa. You might be able to push anything on adwords, but I can't push shit because I suck at writing copy for ads.

Also, you need to toughen up and read up on these forums, but if you keep being a wuss you probably won't last long round here. There is a shitload of information here, but no one will hold your hand.

Get a better idea on what you want to do and then run it by us.

ill, do it all, that is the big lesson at wickefire.com do it all, test it all and when you find what works stick to that! oh and then do something else
