Hi there members of the forum

So this friend of mine comes to me 10 months ago with a tale about how his friend got all his money from affiliate marketing. A site called clickbank has a magic formula to earn big money.
The first thing I thought was that its all bul#@$% but since it was a close friend I said no problem Ill give it a shot since I know a thing or two about how to build a website and he was to deliver the content.
that was 10 months ago.
until now we didnt make any profit.
So I was wondering if its really true and if there is a better way of doing this. I was reading a lot of crap in the internet about the subject. an honest answer would be appreciated.
also, A question for you PROs, Is there a quick way to get PR for a website and does it affect your place on search results?

Sounds like you really need to PM Grindstone.

have you checked google hammer magazine? they have a good section about clickbank products and how to promote them, it's how many of us started here on wicked fire:

Google Hammer - ClickBank Tips

Can't really tell you whether you're on the right track or not when I have no idea what you've tried so far..

But the answer to your question is yes, people do make money online.

I figured you cant answer seriously. just a bunch of kids i guess.

Against my better judgement, I DID answer seriously. At the risk of being ridiculed by my peers and ostracized from society, I answered seriously.

Nobody can tell you why you suck at this if you don't give us any more information on what you're doing. Based on your track record of not making any money, the only suggestion I can give you right now is "Do something different, or do what you've been doing... but do it better." See why it helps to be a bit more specific?

pheasant, apologies
I wasnt referring to you on my last post.

thanks anyway
I wouldnt want you to be ridiculed by your peers

There is alot of people who has made a lot of money in Clickbank but its not as simple as just creating a website and wait for the magic to happen.

The key is to learn how to drive traffic to your site. You can use SEO, social marketing or paid traffic methods to send the traffic to your site. You can build a list with the traffic coming to your site, you can sell them over and over again with different products.
