the click bomb thing is the only thing i'd worry about. it sucks that adwords only allows 20 or so IPs to be blocked. never checked if MSN allows IP blocking. all someone needs to do is set multiple clickbots on various shady/foreign shell accounts running through a range of IPs (50 or so) to sleep and 'click' at random intervals. that will fuck your shit up. they could run random searches w/ various terms and scrape for your display URL so they aren't always hitting the same keyword.

It's not so easy to fuck over a campaign that's not based on any of the PPC networks. If you're involved in media buys or whatever, and you spread a lot of sites across a lot of servers with offers from a lot of different networks, it's pretty hard to put somebody like that out of business in one hit.

EDIT: I'd hate to be a big corporation and having to think about all the dirty shit other companies are trying to do to your business on a daily basis. Corporate spies and the like.
