Guys,

I know aff summit NYC will be social media - and there's little about it yet so I'm curious what you guys know.....

- Will it be valuable for someone like myself whose a PPC guy? I'm not big on social media currently. Essentially, is it like all the other Aff summits where most players come?

- Anyone know any of the speakers coming in?

Thanks a ton

i'll prolly hop a train down there for the day to hang out with my BFF jon

Speaker proposals are open for another couple weeks. After the speakers are picked, we'll have he agenda up.

It's a smaller event - max of 300 people, and there won't really be anything tied to ppc.

The focus is going to be on working with social networks, blogs, podcasts, etc. in affiliate marketing.

It takes place the day before SMX East in NYC

I'm considering to make a short stop for the Boston one. now, from reading - the main difference between exhibit pass-only and the full pass is the speakers panels and meals right?

Otherwise for exhibit hall, are the networking opportunities with advertisers and affiliates the same? If you're someone who has attended the exhibit pass-only, did you still derive a lot of benefit for yourself?

I wanted some honest input from the veterans who've attended before committing the time.

cheers mates

Correct on the differences.

Networking opportunities are the same for both.

I usually do the exhibit hall pass only. I do the full pass when I think the speakers will prove to be of benefit to something I have going on at the time. Of course it really is only beneficial if you take the knowledge gained and apply it which is the problem for most people.
