Affliate self-management question

I'm selling a digital product. I would like to find some super affiliates to help me sell the product. However, I don't want to go with ClickBank or any other affiliate system where any Joe can sign up as an affiliate to sell my product without my approval.

I want control over who my affiliates will be. That way, it will be people I can trust and since it's limited, it would be more attractive for the super affiliates.

Can you recommend (if there is any) an affiliate service where I can decide who my affiliates will be?

For example, suppose I contact 7 super affiliates and they agree to help me sell my product. What affiliate management system out there will allow me to just set up an affiliate system for those 7 affiliates?

You can try 1shoppingcart, there is a button called "Affiliate Approval Required" in the affiliate set up control panel. You can set it as only approval by yourself, the affiliate can sign up successfully.
