I received my review copy a day after the request which was a very good turnaround. The quality of the article was great. The research was spot on. There were no grammatical or spelling mistakes. The article was interesting and I'm very comfortable using it on my real estate website.

Turn around was great. Quick and responsive.
Pros: Content was relevant to my niche and was done with very little input from my other than a point in the general direction.
Cons: Content was written in an informal tone and had more semi-colons than i've ever seen in my entire life in a 300 word article. Also the article was sort of aimless and didnt really go anywhere.
Overall: Given that most of the 'cons' are probably my fault as much as Blue's I'd say just make sure you give clear instructions and with his quick turn around have him do rewrites on any parts you didn't like. Blue is a competent writer and should do well in the 'affordable content writer' niche here on WF.
