I recently switched to the T-Mobile G1 , and I used to have the sidekick. I love the G1 but the only down fall is the AIM client doesnt run all the time after launch. Sometimes I find myself signed off of AIM after a while of inactivity.

One thing I liked about the Sidekick over most phones is that AIM was always running on the phone 99% of the time, and that was very important to me because I work with a lot of clients and I would like for my phone to be connected to AIM most of the time.

Is there either a way I can configure the current version of AIM, or is there an third party AIM clients on droid that will keep me connected to AIM even though my phone goes to sleep or is left inactive?

Meebo by far is the best app. I've been using it for a few years now as a replacement AIM on the desktop.

Im not a fucking noob.

I looked on google before I fucking posted here.
Smartass.

You're a fucking noob.

You fucking suck at Googling.

Get out of your "haze" or are you just "internet hustling" us? I get it... you hate using Google so you hustled us into doing it for you.

Oh yeah and - rep. Use Google you lazy dick.

Android is the operating system on your phone. Droid is the name of a Motorola phone running the Android operating system on the Verizon network.

If you just search for "droid" instead of "android", you might not find as much info.
