An alternative to FBSpy?

Is there another way to view ads from different locations without having to use FBSpy? Is it possible to do so by using a paid proxy (Any recommendations btw?) and then setting up multiple FB accounts with the various settings you want to view ads for?

with a secure tunnel (like above) you can route all internet traffic through it so you can run a scraper from localhost/code or just see them manually.
