I'm still waiting for my order. I realize you're having some trouble man, but it's like a month overdue now. Adding to that, I tried to e-mail you but it bounced, and I've sent a PM but no reply yet.

I was starting to get this a few years ago. Some attention to accesories and seating height changed it for me. No problems now unless I forget to take breaks or use someones elses desk for a long time.

Ergorest stuff is awesome but a little pricy

Also read some articles online and make sure your desk height and chair are good for your body size. Not someone else that may sometimes use the desk.
