Basically a stupid dumbass thing to do, messing with the folks at WF. Like he expected folks here to just lie down and take it up the a**? What was this guy thinking? Might work in a "boyscout" forum like (fill in the blank) tho lol.

OK...... zingo, sennin436 and others:

Just spoke to paypal. Hopefully you saved your email exchanges with AndersonJack. Here is what we need to do:

Email paypal at: customersolutions@paypal.com

****In the subject line, include your dispute claim/case number!

Simply forward the complete email exchange you had with AndersonJack. In my case, I asked him to resend the email report for services that he claimed to have already sent in the paypal dispute cpanel. He refused in my email exchange with him.

The paypal rep I spoke to confirmed that more than one dispute has been filed against this guy in the past 24 hours. So, if you have anything to add to your claim/dispute EMAIL it as described above!

Dont let this slide - lets get his account cancelled.

I sent a long email to them, explaining the whole thing.. everyone needs to send an email..

This cocksucker really though this out, I was not going to let it go on past the weekend.... I have never seen people just start sending that much funds without a review or something... lesson learned once again..

I have also filed a dispute with Paypal. Hopefully they will be able to get my money back..if not my AMEX will get it anyway...Also a tip for you guys..NEVER ever use your money from bank...always pay the new service providers using your credit card. Even if Paypal dont give you the money back, your CC will go get it for you....
Anyways I will blame the policies on forum for all these scammers. This is the third time I got scammed within a month! This is not acceptable and pretty soon people will start leaving this forum as it is becoming a scammer's heaven!
Why not implement similar things like other forums (BHW is a good example) to filter out these dick warts! Implement rules like make the seller section a paid section. Once paid, give a free review to one of the MODs who will approve the listing.
It will keep most of the scammers away..this fucker will come back very next with another name!

It is up to us to stop this problem not really the mods problem it is ours and we can fix it...

Email sent to paypal with details of what transpired as well my attempts (email exchanges with the a**hole) to resolve the issue. Will call paypal tomorrow to follow up. (I'm sure ole AndersonJack is used to all this. But with more than one dispute being filed against him, won't be easy for paypal to let this one slide...I hope. Or is he such a great client/seller with paypal that they look the other way...)

Fuck me. Scammed 2x this month here now.

WTF. This place used to be a great resource but the cockroaches are infesting the place recently.

I REALLY like the idea mentioned about making the sellers pay a fee to advertise to weed out some of these worthless flakes.

I hope Jon and the crew read this and take it into serious consideration.

I wish Jon would start charging $5 or $10 to start a thread here to weed out some of the scum fucks.

I also think that this type of solution would be nice. It will minimize the poor quality, spam and scam threads in a big way.

barman/mods - AndersonJack's scam was obvious at a certain point. Is there any way we can let the mods know so more money isn't sent to the cons?

Sure, see that report button over there?
<------------------------------------

Just report the thread/post with as much detail as you have. The more clear you are about the problem, (with links and details) the faster the ban.

I think two things would be good for BST:

1. Minimum post count to sell. Make it 30 or something. This way we can see if all they posted was stupid spammy shit, or they actually know what the hell they are doing/talking about.

2. For new sellers, make at least 1 free review REQUIRED. Or if it's a super expensive/large project, then make it REQUIRED to pay AFTER work is done.

I think this would be enough to deter the fuckin roaches, and it's more fair than having a $10 listing fee or some shit. Because if I was selling a cheap service (like $5 blog commenting or somthing) then paying $10 for a listing and then still having to give out review copies would not be worth it.

I called paypal the lady said just the name of the account having to do with football betting picks was enough to do further investigation on the aholes account.

I tried to send an email customersolutions@paypal.com last night and it came back saying it could not send directly to this address.

Zingo... I got the same email, but called to inquire and she said they cannot RESPOND from that email, but our input should still be added to the case file.

imo

WF should charge a minimum fee for anyone to have access to sell anything on wf.

AndersonJack was selling his diamond package with apprx 250-total 'home page' contexual links or blogroll links. The cost for a diamond review? He pm'd me and said he was a "middleman" and gave me a price of $97 but I better act fast.

The links were guaranteed to stick for 3-years.

Nobody in their fucking minds sells 240-home page "PR2-5", guaranteed for 3-years, for a one time fee of $97.

This will happen again, in a different form, unless wf either requires a payment; requires a mod to review the product first; or limits the access to post a new product.

Cons do con jobs. Fish swim. Cons con. It's nothing personal for them. It's their way of life. Just business.

IMO, WF might as well be proactive, imo, to prevent this from happening again. If not, it will happen again in a different form, different routine, with all the same elements: timeliness, paypal excuses, different threads, positive feedback, accomplices.

hi,

I have been scammed on here a few times, but each time when I pay them with paypal i don't choose the service options I choose the sales option, so when I need to file a dispute i would just claim that I didn't recieve the item. The seller has no way to fight this unless they show tracking #.

So this is just some help for you guys to do in the future against these scams.
