I'd try it.. I've had shark meat, chicken stomachs, and the brains of some type of mamal before. Weird and exotic foods are pretty cool. Although, I can't bring myself to eat spiders just yet. But I had some grasshoppers for food when I was in the woods as a kid. It's really just mind over matter like one of those Indians said.

I had Grasshoppers in Mexico... some woman was hassling me in a market to eat these things - so not to be out macho'ed by a woman - I ate one whole.

She pissed herself laughing, picked up a grasshopper by the head, ate the body and throw the head away...

Dude Jon, shark meat isn't exoctic. I'm a fishermen and i love to BBQ fresh shark from the pier in the summer. Sooo good. I've yet to catch me a Thresher though, thatll be the day.

Shark is delicious. But, I don't like the idea of killing sharks. They are too cool. It's like killing a lion or a tiger or elephant... just doesn't seem right. But, I guess certain "types" of sharks are probably abundant? Or maybe they farm them... I don't know.

I haven't had anything TOO exotic. I like weird and different foods, but have yet to see anything but rabbit and frog legs on a menu... and I didn't order them.

I felt bad after eating shark soup in the bahamas. Sharks are beautiful creatures and one of my favorites.

When you buy fish and chips over here (Aus) - its normally shark (flake) unless you ask for something different.

But I try not to eat it myself, mainly for karmic reasons cos I surf - I eat one of them, one of them eats me - not good

What I've eaten:

- Stingray
- Crocodile
- Monkey brains (wasn't too great)
- "Live" baby squid (kill em' with your chopsticks first and then slurp em up)
- Elk (not too odd, but still not too common)
- Shark fin
- Rattlesnake (tastes like chicken if done right)
- Spider (on a dare)
- Chocolate covered ants (not too bad)
- Buffalo (again, not too odd, but different)
- My ex-girlfriend's vagina (talk about taking a risk...)

My goal is to someday eat a Liger.

Gah!

I can eat strange combinations of "normal food", drink milk, juice and beer at the same time and stuff like that, but this is grossing me out.

No fetuses, spiders or anything still alive for me.
