Another affiliate friendly country - Estonia

I am currently leaning towards scrapping my plans of opening shop in Malta and plan instead on opening an Estonian business within the next month.

Research reveals that Estonia is a very business friendly country. For the Americans, Estonia is a Baltic nation close to Russia and Poland was a Sovjet vassal state until 1991, now a Euro country. It has 1.3 million inhabitans who speak a sort of Finnish family language and has close ties to Sweden. The baltic countries are very pleasent in my experience. Very little immigration from third world countries makes it an almost white country (no racist), which means there are less racial tensions and peaceful. There are russian mobsters though. They are the ones driving huge Audis and generally behave like how Wicked Fire members would if they weren't broke.

Now for why to open a business in Estonia:


  1. A Limited Liability Company can be opened in day
  2. There is NO capital requirements needed to do so, except that you are personally liable until 2500 euro has been paid
  3. You don't need to live in Estonia or be a natural citizen
  4. There is zero (0) corporate tax and low, progressive income tax
  5. Estonia is a hub for tech business and outsourcing - see Tehnopol - Business center for knowledge-based companies
  6. A full time programmer can be hired for $1200-$1500 a month
  7. Tax reporting and board meetings can be done online
Besides that, Estonia is cheap and merry, has good beer and attractive, normal weight females:

Yes, but I like a base and to be relatively close to my family. You still need a tax and banking base if you're doing business with most companies.
 
Estonia > Malta.

As everyone in the other thread said you will get really board and anxious in Malta.

why not consider the Netherlands? Or is the tax a big issue?

Maybe research Andorra too for your HQ. Barcelona is really close.
 
Been to Tallinn, was great fun, I'd have no problem living there, cheap as shit to fly from UK.

Estonia is great in summer, but summer is short. In winter it gets really fucking cold and it snows and rains a lot. The Estonian girls are beauties......
 
yep estonia girls rock. i didnt know about company making there tho. but the proble mis to transfer out the money to urself legal at low tax. i dont thin kthey have tax treaty?

id liek to hear more about ur malta hookups too.
 
Pix of models /= lots of hot girls. Plenty of pix of hot American models on the internet but have you visited a mall in the US lately?
 
To be honest, it would be pretty cool to go to another country and live there for a few months. Or even live in a bunch of countries throughout the year. Few months there, few months there, few months everywhere. Estonia seems like a good place to try for the summer
 
Actually I've heard great things about Estonia... Like how they were the first country in Europe to go widespread with free Wifi in businesses across all major cities there.

Looking forward to a visit.
