Any additional tips on my affiliate program?

Hi everyone! I would like to ask you to suggest me a few more tips on upgrading my affiliate program, which I have launched at my file sharing oriented web site.

This is the list of things that I have already considered to do:

- 2nd tier commissions
- increase the payout per download and/or install
- "Link Exchange" page
- referral contests
- promotion via Twitter/Facebook etc.
- GoogleAds etc.
- promotion via blogs/articles
- put a reliable security trustmark on the affiliate program page

So, is there anything else you could suggest? Thanks!

Hire a good lead generator for your affiliate Link and that will works good.

I am a good lead generator but i am busy now..Lol.

Increase the conversion rate by split-testing your pages and funnels. Record these tests on a blog and make it obvious to your affiliates that you're working to help them make money - things are only going to get better.

And real one tests on several pages and traffic sources. As well as with enough traffic, not 50 uniques on each test LOL

That will create LOT of trust.
