Big brand.

Need to work with a reliable company that can manage coders or has a team.

Wordpress + Woocom + Email PSD > Html/CSS

Leary on hiring a VA, etc. for security reasons...

Always find myself wanting to make small changes/additions but my current team/company takes FOREVER... Even though the work is always done 100% right in the end.

I don't mind paying a premium price, but where to even find one...

I swear there was one company that would modify any thing on a WP site for like $30 per change, don't remember..

Thanks!

Looking at their terms, they dont cover programming, just html/css & content related

WP Curve looks interesting - there was definitely a gap in the market for trustworthy "tech" support for wordpress.

Any personal anecdotes of using them?

Good friends with the owner. He does it all the correct way (in other words no bs). He's one of these guys that isn't overly motivated by money, but instead loves adding value.

most people looking for programming are looking for someone to fuck with their html. i dont think op was looking for someone to modify linux kernels.

Yeah good one smart arse.

How about someone to resolve some htaccess issues, plugin conflicts, table issues.

So I guess WP Curve doesn't work on the weekends?

Contacted them on Sat @ 1 pm.

No response on Sun...

No response on Mon so far, it's 12:43 pm.

....

Man, I really hate it when companies don't respond within a few hours, including weekends.

Speaks volumes about the level of customer service.

Not sure if it helps but I have a team of 6 developers and they're always looking for small tasks to do between large projects. I just charge 20% over what they charge to manage your project, just let me know.

As far as level of support, i'm on Skype pretty much 24/7 along with my coding team. They do solid work and I'm a full time project manager so I know how to manage these types of tasks.

Hit me up on PM if you're still needing help.

There is a Aneekalam in WF, I think you should contact him, He has got team of professionals guy

I used him in past and he is very prompt in time manners

The thing I can't comprehend about WP Curve is that they charge $69 for a single job or $69 for monthly "unlimited" support.

Keep in mind that a month's usage costs the same as a single job here.

According to an exceptionally quick Google, the owner is quoted on imagining the dream customer is someone who has between 3-5 tickets a month and they operate on a "fair usage" policy for a single website.

The pricing model doesn't make any sense to me - it's like they're inviting "low value" customers who they know probably won't rebill after a month is up with the current pricing structure.

I'm not young enough to know everything, what am I missing here?
