Saw a guy actually smoking one of these today while talking to my neighbors and with the price of smokes and tobacco going up it might be a time to peddle em a bit.

Any reseller/affiliate system you recommend?

Any issues with them? The fellow smoking it said he read they were going to be approved by the FDA shortly -- but who the hell knows what he read.

I've seen them and thought they were neat, but are of no use to me as I only smoke weed...

if you find one where you can add your own 'liquid cartridges', let me know... I'd love to have a tiny portable vaporizer that looks like a cig... shouldn't be too hard to load some hash oil in one of them, if I could find one that lets you fill your own cartridges...

I've looked into it briefly, and these are either going to be huge, or a total flop (another MLM scheme). So far, it seems like they're doing pretty well...cheaper than cigs, and able to use them in public places that smoking has been banned.

haha, just did a search and found some out now that I can fill myself... looks like I'm gonna have a little project on my hands :D

now I just need to figure out how thin the liquid needs to be so I don't clog it... anybody that can track down that info for me will be my hero...

We are actually working with a company to get one live. Its really incredible. The cigarette is electronic, blows out smoke (but its water vapor, not smoke), and the end lights up. Its crazy, has the nicotine just none of the bad stuff.

They also let you load cartridges and have many flavors..its crazy.

When we get the free trial offer live some of you guys should test it out haha.

Well, it may be not really having most of the bad stuff but i know ppl who got into some problems bc they ended up with a nicotine overdose.

Most of these cartridges are made in asia and sometimes they don't really look after how much nicotine they really put in there. So better get the good quality stuff.

On a side note: Yep it works. But no thanks, I don't smoke.

My roomate did some research on the subject, he sais the "gamucci" gamuchi or whatever it is is the best brand of e-cig...

I think e-cigs are here to stay...

This is pretty interesting. How close do they actually simulate a cigarette?

because it looks and feels like it smokes like a real cig, the mental aspect is covered. you can get your fav brand of cig flavor and it actually tastes better, sweeter and more pure. so the taste aspect is covered. it doesn't affect the smell of your breath or your clothes. the price is much lower since the cartridges last about 5 cigs worth and a pack of 10 cartrigdges is 15 bucks. i can go on and on - if you smoke, try one and you won't look back.

Cool man, thanks. I'll give it a shot

I dug around all morning, and finally found one based in the U.S. that seems to have put some effort into packaging at least.

The ones based in China scare me as who the hell knows what's in them or what they are made out of.

Luci is the company

I'm gonna affiliate for a bit, then if sales work out o.k. I'll probably go the reseller route.

You should push these like berries! Your testimonial sold me. I'm seriously going to give these a try since cig prices are now at $7/pack here in MD.

As for affiliate programs:

Instead Electronic Cigarettes
Amazon also sells them.

These things work. A few of my friends tried them out and its just one of those why the hell not things. They are cheaper and healthier.

Anyone have interest in running this re-bill style? 5.95 S/H and all of those goods?

I definitely would, if you get it setup feel free to PM me and I'll push it

I've been "smoking" one of these for a while now. They're nowhere close to the feel/flavor of a real cigarette, but it does give you a nicotine fix, and everyone who's seen mine loves it.

I looked into doing AM with these, but their legal status in the US is still up in the air. The FDA has declared them unapproved (illegal) drug delivery devices see: IMPORTANT - email from FDA to a supplier.. Plus, Customs has been seizing shipments from some of the bigger suppliers (Joye, Anycig, RoyalSmokers) in the last few months.

RJ Reynolds tried this back in 1988 (Wikipedia -- Premier), and hit the same legal hurdle -- it wasn't tobacco, it was a drug delivery device.

Can definitely point people in the right direction if they're looking for liquid/hardware suppliers though. Just too sticky of a legal mess for me to move up on a large scale. ;)
