Any good icon designers around?

I need icons designed for each of my subjects (15 total) for Course-Notes.Org - Home. The icons need to be distinct enough to accurately depict the subject the icons are referring to. To give you an example of what I will be doing with the icons, check out this link: CSS Dock Menu

I will be adding that navigation bar to my forum.

Hey chris, why not check some free icons?

There should be some on my blog under "resources", you can also check iconbuffet, and trade with others.

Thanks for the great link but those are all web developer related for the most part. I really want the icons to be specific for the site, like having a us history icon depicting Abe Lincoln or something very specific to US History.

I'll definitely keep that link handy though for future projects.

Btw, do you think this even a good idea worth pursuing?
 
I like that menu, as I even featured it one the blindape.

Yes, I think it is a good idea. Probably gonna cost you some tho.
