I hope the hosting is as close as possible to US so that US users could access it very easily. stable, high-speed,secure...

You may want to check koddos.com They are also accepting other payment methods than paypal , like Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money where you dont have to leave your name .. just to be extra safe you know
