It's a great forum, but as mentioned you have to know your shit. It's not a place for noobs and if you're a noob and join your just going to be frustrated. A great source of info for things on there are places like ha.ckers and security watch. Most of the stuff in there is picked up on these and also from places like spamhuntress, a great resource for info on how to be a blackhat. She's constantly publishing all the good stuff in an effort to fight it.
