Anybody had any succes with adcenter?

I wanted to know if it's worth investing with adcenter..

My first ppc campaign failed <=== because of a stupid mistake

And I don't know if I need to change platforms like going into FB advertising or adwords

Is it possible for a noob to get some good results with adcenter?

honestly, if you're a noob, I would stay away from PPC for a while. build some quality sites and get visitors from SEO methods. This will allow you to learn and tweak your landing pages without losing your ass on PPC.

I know i'm a noob but I want to try things out..

I mean i've been reading and I learn best by taking action and learning from my mistakes..

I'm prepared to lose some money to figure it out.. I want to get at least some results with a legit method

Yes, there is success to be had. But more than likely you will suffer some losses first. One of the biggest challenges is that stats are delayed and all expenses dont really post till the next day. I wouldn't recommend PPC to total noob but Adcenter is an ok place to start if you are serious. Do thorough research and have some patience and you will succeed. (and of course read that guide that is posted above in it's entirety)

It's not much of an investment since they bill you after you get the clicks. Start with a low budget and watch your conversions; lowering bids or stopping campaigns if you are losing money. It's easy to keep your losses at a minimum if you stay on top of things.

are you using LPs ? if you haven't done so, learn gwo and rotate your LPs & page elements.
also, try to go wide with your keyword when you first launch your campaign

Adcenter is a pain in the ass and generally speaking not worth wasting your time with because of their strict and enigmatic policies.

Your account will just stop getting impressions and their support team won't have a clue what's wrong.

Stop researching and lose more money. The research is done via testing.

Make sure you turn off all the crappy bing and yahoo partner sites when you start. This can be done on the ad group level only. Much easier with adcenter desktop tool.
