It's been almost a week and a half since he said I was going to get my articles, this is on top of another week before the initial order was given. I'm not trying to discredit him, maybe he just doesn't like me for some reason, but if nobody has heard from him, I have to hire somebody else and would hate to do this if he has actually been working on them and is just having communication problems. His PM last week did mention communication problems, but surely somebody could have this figured out within a week. Even his partner Yoink hasn't heard from him.
What would you do in my situation? I don't want to mess anything up, I like his work, he's even written a free article after my 2nd batch. This 3rd batch I sent is close to $100 worth of articles, if he has been working on them and I hire somebody else, I'll feel bad and he'll probably not want to work on any of my future projects.
I just don't understand, he isn't responding to any of my e-mails or PM's, and dont' see what I could've done to piss him off, sometimes I tend to think outloud, and send many e-mails regarding my ideas, but I can't think of anything else. I haven't paid him yet, and he is a reputable person here, that's one of the reasons I actually trusted somebody to write them, since I'm usually paranoid about this kinda stuff. Although, I have work to do and need to build my sites.
Do you think it would be wrong if I waited a couple more days (almost 3 weeks since I gave him the inital order), to ask his partner to write them instead? Like I said, I sent quite a bit of stuff to write. I don't see how somebody who makes their money online could be without internet access for so long.
I do have to say giving a fellow IM'r all these ideas (articles to write), and then not hearing back from them, makes me feel uneasy as well. Not saying my ideas are valuable or not, I'm still new to all this. He's also reputable on here, so I would hope this is not the case.
