Anybody using G+ yet?

I'd suspect a large % of the forum does for Authorship, but that's why it sucks, it has no broad, demographically diverse user base, so besides chatting to your SEO Nerd pals, you can't do shit on there.
I really like the hangouts/hangouts on air feature. It pretty much makes paying for things like GoToWebinar or Ustream obsolete.
As far as the social media side of it, I don't personally do much with social media anyway, but for those who do you can easily just throw it into Buffer/Hootsuite and autopost the same stuff you'd post on FB/Twitter.
If you're a blogger I think that the Google Author aspect will continue to be more and more important for authority/rankings.

Yeah, hangouts are cool. I like how you can have it go directly to YouTube. Saves so much time.
Besides that, G+ is worthless IMO. They'll probably need to inject tons more cash to make it take off.
Adam - it's not so much a lack of females, more a question of type of female there.
Use for sites / authorship (very good for fast indexing pages). Not for personal shit.

btw: Scott - the hangouts will not make Ustream obsolete, Ustream are a professional broadcast streaming service able to provide complex hardware solutions to broadcasters & networks for full broadcast quality. Costs a fortune, but professional stuff does of course.

I wish I could but there are so few people on it. I can't even find accounts for my favorite websites or authors on the websites. Recently I've been trying to use twitter as a replacement for rss and G+ is no where near as good. The features all seem to be there just lacking the people and content. Also they got rid of their games.
Couple reasons why I love Google+ and why I'm on it:
- Lots of lawyers, and I have no clue why (when I was doing legal lead generation).
- Tons of SEO/marketers for networking, and more importantly marketing directors of businesses who hire people like us.
- Preparing for Google+ Author Rank when it plays a bigger role.
- I can email people with my statuses (sucha dick move though).
I agree that it's not going to kill Ustream or GoToWebinar. But depending on what you use it for it's an awesome alternative to both.
If you don't need professional broadcast quality, you can embed a hangout on air into a page with a chatbox on it and present to an unlimited number of people in real-time, let them ask questions in the chat and things like that.
There's about a 15 second delay. And the quality isn't great, but it's good enough for a Q&A session or a PowerPoint presentation.
I use it daily, it is really made up of a uniquely strange user base, unlike any other network I have ever seen, but if you are creative enough, there are many sneaky ways to profit from it.
I also use it daily, more for the "future rewards" than anything else. Obviously G is placing a huge emphasis on it, and if Author Rank ever becomes an algorithm factor we will most certainty see some benefits.
Aside from that, G+ really sucks:
-there are really no mainstream users, its pretty much all tech. there are no "photos from last nights parties" or family albums (or they are few and far between)
-slow as hell. im on a fast connection at home and a T1 line at work - both with obscenely fast computers. loading certain profiles or communities takes up to 20 seconds to load sometimes
-interface - the latest interface update makes it really hard to read posts. if you change to the alternate "linear" look it is even worse taking up about 1/10th of my monitors view
-the whole UX is just weird. there is no flow. certain elements don't make sense and are in the wrong place.
If they want it to go mainstream they need to cater to moms, party girls, and youths - and not the latest linux distro fan club.
