Did anyone else notice that the tracking on that auto insurance state submit offer that was out there at the end of September was *completely* fucked after about a week of being up on some networks? Anyone else get burned by it? It was so easy to convert. So I thought it might have just been my traffic at first, until I went to test the offer again and noticed my conversion didn't get tracked properly. I mean, the conversion rate dropping by 25+% also kind of gave it away.....

It's fucked that a network will let that happen and still keep the advertiser on their network and not let everyone know its down because its tracking = fail.

First 2 days of running that sucker I was converting at 30-40%. After that conversions dropped to 2%

SCRUB A DUB SCRUB SCRUB SCRUB

They scrub like crazy on those. When I was testing conversions paid out to $100. Next day I drop a $100 budget on it, start running, 100 clicks no converts. Fuck it ---> trash it.

Lesson learned: shit is too good to be true.

It all depends on your traffic... If the advertiser notices that no one is clicking after the state submit and filling out the insurance inquires then they make minimum to no money. Which elaborates the sudden drop in conversion rates.

If you're trying to run that shit on FB, watch your budget and try to milk it for one day. Because once day two hits, your conversion rate will drop to 10-20%.

That was an easy zip submit, traffic was good with great conversion %ages but like you guys say they fell off big time after a few days.

Well... were you advertising it like a retard to little kids wanting to know how much lamborghini insurance was? or were you sending it to people that would probably need it?

mhmmmm

I was actually running it on FaceBook. About 300-400 leads a day; only lasted for a week. After a week, conversation rate was getting lower and lower on a daily basis till I said fuck it. Pity.

running it on google content network targetted to car buying/selling websites.

Interestingly the same content network campaign with a different higher paying offer on the backend is banking nicely.

Those little 1 field submits can be fuckers.
