Anyone Else Having Problems Getting Paid By Affiliate Wise?

I’ve been working with Affiliate Wise since 2011 and never had a problem getting paid on time until last month. In December 2011 I earned $6030 on the network, but no payment every came over. My emails and calls to my Affiliate Manager, Robbie Baldwin, go unanswered. Is anyone else having a problem getting paid by Affiliate Wise?
 


Sounds out of character. I am friends with the CEO and haven't heard of any issues.

Thanks Airin. I just heard from their CEO (Aaron) and my affiliate manager. Robbie was surprised to hear that I had been emailing him as he hadn't received any of them. They just moved email servers, which most likely caused the delivery snafu. Next time I'll be sure to call his cell phone instead of leaving a message with the office service.

Robbie has always been very professional and courteous and that proved to be the case once again today when I got to speak with him on the phone. He explained to me that my payment didn't go out on January 20th because they were having problems getting the advertiser I was promoting to communicate with them about lead reports and paying up.

They finally got the lead data today and at this point in time, I believe the situation will be resolved rather quickly. The power and the reach of these forums is amazing!
