Infrared saunas are awesome for smaller homes/apartments and the health benefits of using them daily are immense. You can get one like this for only 5k.

Was looking at this company called Sunlighten but there are probably others: mPulse Series Infrared Saunas | Home Saunas | Sunlighten

I've found finding good info on higher-cost deliverable stuff like this is pretty difficult even these days. I was interested in pre-built steam-baths a few yrs ago and couldn't find jack shit on quality etc, and they all looked like they could possibly be Chinese plastic pieces of shit.. so i gave up on the idea.

Maybe Saunas are different, let us know. But also is there any REAL evidence infrared saunas have more benefits than harms? It heats your skin directly.. like the sun.. any skin cancer warnings?

No dangers from infrared saunas according to my research, since there are no UV rays. Don't take it from me, take it from the OZ himself:
